Calling all girls ages 9-13! Join us for our “Splash Session” on the 4th Saturday of every month from 1-5pm. This group will serve as our all inclusive peer-to-peer mentoring group where elementary and middle school girls take part in fun activities that emulate a camp day with our motivated high school members. The middle school girls help facilitate the high school girls in leading activities pertaining to the theme of each month along with fun outings such as paddle boarding, scavenger hunts, and even lighthouse visits! Our group is designed for every girl from any school. All activities will be facilitated by Ashley Le Grange, LMHC.
The group’s mission is to give girls the opportunity to open up and learn different life skills they can take with them through the troubling adolescent years. Our ultimate goal is to train these girls to eventually run the activities they enjoy and to become future members of Women Making Waves.
Middle and Elementary school girls can address the challenges of adolescence, build confidence, make new friends and find healthy outlets through this opportunity. And of course, they will be having a lot of fun too! We can’t wait for you to join us!
April's Theme is Robust Friendships!
Girls will begin their splash sesh with activities related to gratitude. After a yummy snack, and then will be paddle boarding with Blueline! Make sure you bring your bathing suit and sunscreen!
Any questions, let us know!
